The days have been and still are dreary. When is the sun ever going to come up again? I don't like bleak days filled with grey clouds. Sad. Wet. Cold. The wind goes "Whoosh" and seems like my friends had taken the sun with them. Rhuematic weather. Sigh.

Finally triumph over the irritating flu bug and am now feeling much better. Yet the weather does not suit my mood. I cannot go out and play. No more jogging, tennis, nor long walks in the meadows. No more scootering around as my scooter lies forlornly under its cover. *Brrrr* It almost feels like bleak old London. Almost, but not quite.

Am at the receiving, (read: waiting) end of things yet again. The endless wait that seems to stretch forever. I would love to think that things are looking up and the winds of fortune have changed. Alas. Fortune vs laziness. Who will win in this match to death?

To wait. That's an absolutely horrible thing to do and one of the things I simply dislike. Waiting to see how my life will turn out and which route to take. Waiting for all the pieces to fall into place. Waiting for the phone to ring bearing good news. Why do I always find myself on the receiving end of things. Remembered a workshop during sec school. Leaders make things happen. Losers wait for things to happen. Perhaps I am a loser in this aspect. But whoever says a loser can't fan3 pai4 wei2 sheng4? (Overturn the loss into triumph) Well, perhaps a lazy one will take even longer.

Please may the phone ring and the emails come in. To a better tomorrow, better weather, better week. *Chintz*
