Glorious red berries
Freshly washed and dried jam bottles
This is a basin of raspberries mixed with warm water
Poured into the traditional jam making sieve
The master in action
Freshly sieved
Sieving a second time
Only use sugar meant for jam making

Who says anything about dieting? Haha it's 850g of sugar for every kg of fruits. Total weight of fruits is 2.8kg! Do your maths and see how much sugar we used!

Pour the already sieved mixture back into the basin and put on stove. Bring it to a boil and continue stirring for 7 minutes at boiling point until it becomes congelated.

Doesn't this mixture look like a magical door of some magical cave especially in Period Dramas?

Don't forget to remove the foam!

Can't wait! Must taste! Yum yum!

Animated kiba seems ... scary?! Haha!

Wiping the rims of the bottles dry

Next, close the lids and overturn the jars to allow them to be airtight for a few minutes. Turn them right side up again and leave to stand for one day. Your jam is ready! Have fun!
